These Terms govern access to and use of Chemical-Mandi. They are intended for the controlled pilot and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before unrestricted commercial launch.
Chemical-Mandi provides digital supplier discovery, catalogue, RFQ, quotation, award and transaction-management functionality. Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of their submissions, product suitability, regulatory obligations and their commercial commitments.
An RFQ is a sourcing request and is not itself a purchase order. An award records the buyer's selection of a supplier quotation in the platform. Whether an award constitutes a legally binding commitment must follow the buyer and supplier's agreed contract, purchase order and applicable law.
“Complete” is an operational platform status indicating that the applicable Chemical-Mandi workflow has been closed by an authorised party. It does not by itself waive product-quality, payment, warranty, tax, regulatory or dispute rights.
Cancellation and rejection are permitted only through authorised workflow states. Users must not bypass platform controls or manipulate records. Disputes should be raised with support@chemical-mandi.com with the RFQ/transaction reference. Chemical-Mandi may restrict access while suspected fraud, abuse or security incidents are investigated.
Users must provide lawful and accurate information, comply with applicable chemical, trade, tax, safety and data-protection requirements, and must not use the service for prohibited, deceptive, malicious or unauthorised activity.
Material policy changes will be published with a new version and effective date. Where required, users may be asked to accept a new version before continuing.
