This pilot policy explains the principal categories of information Chemical-Mandi processes. It should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before unrestricted commercial launch.
Account and business identity, contact details, region and postal information, supplier/catalogue information, RFQ/quotation/award/transaction data, policy acceptance, support interactions and technical security/audit information may be processed.
Information is used to authenticate users, operate procurement workflows, route RFQs, administer accounts and quotas, generate transaction records, provide support, investigate abuse and protect the service.
Access should be limited by role, ownership and business need. Confidential supplier or buyer information should not be disclosed to unrelated marketplace participants.
Records are retained for operational, audit, legal, tax, security and dispute requirements. Chemical-Mandi should use appropriate access controls, logging, encrypted backups and secure credential handling. Retention periods should be finalised as part of legal sign-off.
