Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines minimum conduct for Chemical-Mandi users during the controlled pilot.
Prohibited activity
Do not attempt unauthorised access, impersonation, credential sharing, scraping that disrupts service, injection attacks, malicious uploads, record manipulation, fraudulent RFQs/quotes, or activity that violates applicable chemical, trade or sanctions laws.
Marketplace integrity
Do not submit knowingly false supplier, compliance, product, price, capacity or delivery information. Do not use confidential information obtained through the platform outside the permitted transaction context.
Enforcement
Chemical-Mandi may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant audit records and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Serious matters may be escalated to appropriate authorities or professional advisers where required.
